D.G. "Gray" Mounger
Gray Mounger began his career in Alumni Relations in 1983 at the age of 23 and over a quarter century later continues his service to higher education. At the University of Mississippi he was charged with developing a grass roots committee program for each of Mississippis 82 counties and coordinated all aspects of the regional club, student alumni, and athletic event programs. In his final two years of service to his alma mater, he had primary alumni and development responsibilities for the Ole Miss Schools of Engineering, Accountancy, and Business Administration. In 1990 he moved to George Washington University in Washington, DC where he served as Senior Associate Director and later acting Director of Alumni Relations. He was responsible for creating an international club program for this time in the institutions history as well as a recent graduate program. Later, he became responsible for all reunion programming and coordinated all major and special alumni programs and events. At Cal State Northridge since 1994, he holds leadership positions in the CSU system and holds the record for longevity as an alumni relations professional among all of the CSU campuses.

A Cal State Northridge alumna herself, Shellie graduated with a B.S. in leisure studies and recreation in 1990 and with her masters in public administration in 1998. Before transferring into the Office of Alumni Relations in 2001, she worked at Cal State Northridge for over eight years in the Office of Student Development, serving students in Orientation programming, Greek-life, Associated Student committees, Emerging Leaders, and other student clubs and organizations. In her role in the Office of Alumni Relations, she is primarily responsible for a comprehensive chapter-based alumni program. Shellie also serves as webmaster for the department and writes all of the external e-newsletters, and alumni news for the Northridge magazine. In addition is responsible for the Association's scholarship, young alumni, and student alumni programming. Both of Shellie's parents, two uncles, aunt, and her husband also graduated from CSUN. Her son, Jack, born in September 2006, will hopefully carry on the Matador tradition.

Sally brings energy, enthusiasm, and dedication and hopes to share it with CSUN alumni past and present. Go Matadors!
